CHELSEA FLOWER SHOW

THE WRONG GARDEN -
RHS CHELSEA FLOWER SHOW

Working directly with James Dyson, the concept of ‘wrong thinking’ in the garden was applied to his environment and also to all graphic materials and digital communications.

The garden was red and blue, not green. Clever planting and perspective played illusionary tricks on viewers.

A water fountain appeared to flow uphill utilising Escher’s playful theme of impossibilities. This iconic fountain design was used in the centre of the website brought to life by short films and animation and printed visual communications.

The garden received a silver gilt medal at the RHS Chelsea flower show.
