‘Together as One’ is the brand idea that drives the visual principles. It reflects a culture founded on diversity, equality, and inclusivity and serves IQ-EQ’s purpose, ‘To Power People and Possibilities’.


Briefed by award-winning strategic agency Strategy by Design, we helped bring the creative strategy to life with a new dynamic identity system. At the heart of the visual assets is an organic ‘Radial Shape’ identity, representing many different people, places, and cultures coming together as one.


Comprehensive and meaningful visual identity guidelines were developed and implemented across multiple touchpoints, including digital advertising, the annual report, office spaces, launch events, promotional print items, and a launch movie.
